The ALCO C630 had 3000hp and over 200ton, lots of traction but did damage to track and roadbed, first locomotive with A.C.-D.C. alternator-rectifier transmission, first built in 1965, most gone by the 1980s. This is the 30 that the PRR had, they were painted black as the merge with NYC into PC was started.
