Planet Auran
Planet Auran is Auran's community registration and information center. You will need to be registered as a Planet Auran member prior to purchasing any products via the Auran.com site. Your Shopping Cart and Order History are located in your Planet Auran profile and will only be available to you when you are logged in.

Security
Planet Auran and the Auran Shopping Cart system uses a Verisign issued, 1024 bit security encryption to provide security for your personal and credit card details during the transaction process. This encryption software is an industry standard.

Privacy
Auran maintains a policy to protect your privacy. By using Auran.com and the services provided here, you are accepting the conditions described in this Policy.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions page has been established to outline the implications of using the Auran Shopping Cart system. By using the Auran Shopping Cart system, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions described.

Payment Methods
The Auran Shopping Cart system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal for payment of your purchase.

Vouchers
You can view the list of vouchers you own and their current status from the Vouchers page of your profile. The Vouchers page can be accessed via the Vouchers link above. Any vouchers you own, that are currently valid for use with the items in your Shopping Cart, will appear for selection either before beginning the checkout process, or in Step 2: Select Order Options of the ordering process.

Prices
The prices in the Auran Shopping Cart system will be displayed in Australian Dollars. There are links to the xe.com Shopper's Currency ConverterTM located throughout the system if you are an international customer.

Please note that this converter will not convert the amount in your Shopping Cart, it will simply allow you to view the equivalent value of the dollar amount in an alternative currency at the current time. This is merely an indication and may vary slightly from the exchange rates offered by your banks and may be subject to minor fluctuation at the actual time of purchase.

Refunds (Digital Products)
Refunds will not be issued for downloadable products. If you are having trouble using or downloading a product, Please contact a Customer Services Specialist (support.auran.com) for assistance.

Refunds will not be issued based on failure to meet the system requirements to run the game on your computer or for lack of enjoyment while playing the game. Please thoroughly examine the product detail page to make sure your computer meets the system requirements.

Refunds and Returns (Boxed Products)
Refunds will be provided on products that are returned in the unopened, sealed envelope they were originally delivered in. Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced at no additional charge. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances except as explicitly stated above.

Check with a Customer Services Specialist (support.auran.com) prior to returning any product.

Postage Costs

  1. Air Mail
    This service usually takes about 3 days – 3 weeks to deliver depending upon your location. The cost of this service is AUD$9.95 for the first purchase and AUD$4.95 for subsequent items purchased in the same Shopping Cart transaction.

    Example of Postage Costs:
    1 product = AUD$ 9.95
    2 products = AUD$ 14.90
    5 products = AUD$ 29.75

    Reduced postage costs for multiple item purchases are only available in single Shopping Cart transactions. These prices do not apply if multiple purchases are made over a number of transactions.


  2. This service usually takes about to deliver depending upon your location. The cost of this service is AUD$0.00 for the first purchase and AUD$0.00 for subsequent items purchased in the same Shopping Cart transaction.

Shipping
The product you have purchased will be delivered via Australia Post Standard Mail (Australian Customers) or Australia Post Air Mail (International Customers) to the delivery address you have specified in your Shopping Cart transaction.

We offer delivery to all countries listed in the Shopping Cart system.

Ordering Process

Your Shopping Cart is located in Planet Auran. You will need to be logged into Planet Auran to access your Cart and buy the products you have selected.

Shopping Cart / Held Items Page
Once you are logged in to Planet Auran, you can access the Shopping Cart / Held Items page. The item you have selected to purchase will appear in the Shopping Cart section at the top of the page.

Shopping Cart

The Subtotal at the end of your Shopping Cart displays the sum of all of the products listed in your Cart but does not include postage and handling costs. International customers can view a conversion of this dollar amount in an alternative currency by clicking on the Convert button. This will link to the xe.com Shopper's Currency ConverterTM, where you can choose the currency into which you would like the amount converted.

Please note that this will not convert the amount in your Shopping Cart, it will simply allow you to view the equivalent value of the dollar amount in an alternative currency at the current time. This is merely an indication and may vary slightly from the exchange rates offered by your banks and may be subject to minor fluctuation at the actual time of purchase.

Held Items
You can move items from your Shopping Cart list to your Held Items list as instructed above. The subheadings in this section have the same meaning as they do in the Shopping Cart (described above). The only difference is the Buy Now subheading. By clicking on the blue Add to Cart arrow the listed item will be moved back to your Shopping Cart.

Items in your Hold Items list will not be purchased as your proceed through the checkout. An item will remain in your shopping cart or held items list for up to 30 days from the time it was initially added. If you are still interested in purchasing it after this time, you will need to add it to your Shopping Cart again.

Once you are satisfied with the information in your Shopping Cart, click on the Checkout button to proceed to the fist step in the Purchase Process.

There are 4 steps that you will need to complete in the Purchase Process.

Step 4: Check Details and Confirm Purchase

You will be prompted to complete the required fields before you proceed to the next step. If the Shopping Cart system cannot be accessed for any reason, during any step of the purchase process, you will be unable to continue to the next step. Auran will be automatically notified of any problems that occur. If you have any concerns about whether your order was received, or if you wish to be notified when the Auran Shop is back online, please do not hesitate to contact Helpdesk.

These steps are listed at the top of all of the Purchase Process pages. The step covered by the page you are currently on is highlighted in red. You can quit the purchase process at any time if you choose, simply by closing the Planet Auran window or by using a Planet Auran navigation item to leave the process. Because the information you provide in each step is passed directly on to the next step, you are not able to use your browser's "Back" function. Instead, use the back buttons provided on each page in the process or start again if you leave the process for any reason, such as to go to this help page.

Customer Details
Your Real Name, Username and Email address as you have stated them in your Planet Auran profile will be displayed here. If these details are incorrect, you will need to change them by editing your profile. (Click on the word Profile in the menu bar under the Planet Auran title to go to your profile page.)

Delivery Address
Fill in the address you want any physical products delivered to as instructed. All fields are required except the extra address line. If you have previously provided a delivery address, you can recall this information by clicking on the arrow in the Select Address field. To delete an address from this list, select the address you would like to delete and click the delete button. If you have never entered an address into your Shopping Cart, the Select Address option will only allow you to continue with entering a new address.

If you are satisfied with the information on this page, click on the Next button to move on to Step 2.

Customer Details

Delivery Address
The delivery address entered at Step 1 will be displayed.

Order Details
This section details your order and allows you to select your delivery method.

Vouchers
Any vouchers you own, that are valid for selection on the items you are currently ordering, will be listed here for possible use. You can choose to use a voucher for the order you are placing, by selecting the "use" link next to the listed voucher. The page will refresh to display your modified order total with the voucher included in the order. If you decide to save the voucher for a later transaction, simply select the "remove" link next voucher listed in your order, and this will place it back in your list of available vouchers. Your voucher will not be used for your transaction unless you choose to use it via the method described here.

Customer Details

Delivery Address
The delivery address entered at Step 1 will be displayed.

Billing Address
Provide the details of the billing address that corresponds with the credit card used. The address that was used for the delivery address will automatically be filled in. However, if you have a billing address that differs from the delivery address, choose that address from your address book in the selected list, or provide a New Address as required.

Payment Method
To pay for your purchase, fill in your credit card details as instructed. Card details are passed on to the payment gateway for real time processing, and are not stored on Auran's servers. Your Billing Total is the final amount from the previous step, including postage and handling costs, and accounting for any voucher that may have been selected for use.

International customers can view a conversion of this dollar amount in an alternative currency by clicking on the Convert Currency button. This will link to the xe.com Shopper's Currency ConverterTM, where you can choose the currency into which you would like the amount converted.

Please note that this will not convert the amount or currency displayed in your Shopping Cart, it will simply allow you to view the equivalent value of the dollar amount in an alternative currency at the current time. Again, this is merely an indication and may vary slightly from the exchange rates offered by your banks and may be subject to minor fluctuation at the actual time of purchase.

The details of products being purchased as well as any purchase options selected in Step 2 will be displayed.

Terms and Conditions
The Auran Shopping Cart Terms and Conditions of use are provided. You are required to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before completing your transaction, by clicking the check box to indicate your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

If all of the details on the Purchase Confirmation page are correct and you accept the Terms and Conditions of purchase, then click on the Confirm Transaction button to proceed with the purchase. This process may take several minutes to complete. Please do not clicking on the Confirm Transaction button more that once as this could process additional orders for which your credit card will be charged.

Your purchase will be processed and if approved will be billed to your credit card in real time, providing you with a receipt page as described below. If your transaction is declined or unable to be processed, you will be shown an appropriate message indicating to Auran's best knowledge, why the transaction could not be processed. If this occurs, or if you do not seem to receive a response, please first check your Order History page for In Process orders before retrying your transaction or contacting Helpdesk for assistance.

In Process orders are orders that have been received by Auran but were unable to be immediately processed and have to be deferred for manual processing by Auran's staff.

Purchase Receipt
Once your purchase has been approved, a Purchase Receipt page will be displayed and will provide the details of your purchase including an Invoice Number, and a Purchase Date. Please quote this invoice number if you send any enquiries to Helpdesk regarding your transaction. A print version of this Purchase Receipt is available by clicking on the Print button. This page can be printed and kept for your records.

Order History
A history of your purchases using the Auran Shopping Cart system can be viewed by clicking on the Orders option in the Planet Auran navigation. For every purchase made via the Auran Shop, your Order History page will contain all the details of the order including the Invoice Number, Purchase Date, Total Cost and the Status of the order.
